In order to make Dragon Medical recognition better, you need to follow these steps.
Check if you have open the correct profile.
If not then go to Dragon Bar and open correct profile which you regularly use.
Step 2. From Dragon Bar Click Audio > Launch accuracy turning, a new dialog box will pop up Acoustic and Language Model Optimizer.
Start it and let it finish.
If issue is still persisting.
Step 3. Check the audio quality of your computer.
