In order to uninstall Dragon Medical you need to follow steps mentioned below.
Click Start > Control Panel
Click Program and Features
Highlight Dragon Medical Practice Edition > right click and click uninstall
Follow the instructions on the screen and finish
You are done ! Once program is uninstalled, restart the computer once.
